- Icons, profile pictures, headers, etc. Stickers and prints are acceptable if there is NO intent to profit off them.Using my art for profit is strictly prohibited unless discussed and approved by me.
- NO reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD services, NFTs, creating prints, and stickers with the intent to profit off them. Please discuss any intent to profit, sell, or redistribute my work in any way with me prior to paying for the artwork to avoid any legal action.-COMMISSION PROCESSING-Commission requests are only accepted via email! Please place “ Commission Request” in the subject line or your request is at risk of being overlooked.All information is appreciated! Please provide sufficient detail and reference photos within your commission request. Failure to disclose or provide enough information on a commission request can lead to your request being denied.

If 48 hours have passed and I haven’t replied to your commission request, you are more than welcome to send a follow-up email or reach out to me on IG to inform me that a request has been sent. Please provide the email I should be searching for within my inbox to make the process faster!-PAYMENT-Once your commission request has been received and accepted, an invoice will be sent to you with the price that was discussed and approved.All commission examples, as well as the commission sheet, are base prices and are subject to change depending on the details of your request.Payment upfront is expected for orders 50.00$ and below; if your payment exceeds 50.00$ you are welcome to pay 50% upfront then the remaining commission amount will be due once the piece is confirmed and accepted by you.For commission pieces above 50.00$ who have chosen to pay the 50% upfront; a completed commission piece will be sent in via email with a watermark present solely in order to obtain your approval. Once full payment is received, a copy of the commission piece without the watermark will be submitted via email again.Please be ready to pay the invoice amount upon commission approval.No work will be started on your commission until after the initial invoice has been paid.
You'll have __ 7 days__ following the date an invoice has been sent to pay. Failure to pay within the time frame given will result in your slot being revoked and a new request must be submitted.-REVISIONS-If additional detail or information is required from you in order to continue your commission piece, the progress will be placed on hold until the information needed is received and communicated by you.Any request(s) you have to change, alter, or revise the piece during the beginning phase of your commission; (the sketch phase), will be allowed a single time free of charge. Please be sure to be concise and certain you are communicating any and all changes or concerns in this beginning stage. Once the commission piece is submitted again, any revisions requested that follow will result in an additional charge; the price is dependent on the extensiveness of said request(s).-TURN AROUND TIMES-Commissions have a turnaround time estimated at 1 week - 2 months depending on factors such as health, mental health, family obligations, the complexity of the commissioned piece, the number of other commissions currently booked, and other responsibilities outside of commissions.-GENERAL TERMS-by sending in a completed commission request you are stating and ACKNOWLEDGing THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND WILL BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REPRESENT THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US AND THAT IT SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.If you have any other further questions or concerns at any stage, before or after a commission request has been sent in or completed, please do not hesitate to reach out to me in order to get clarification!
